Jeanne Chapman serves as Human Resources Manager at Tatum Psychology Employment Group, Inc., where she provides strategic HR leadership for a 200+ employee behavioral healthcare organization operating across multiple states. With more than 25 years of progressive HR and operations experience, Jeanne oversees all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and organizational development. She advises executive leadership on workforce strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management, including the implementation and maintenance of the company’s commercial and health insurance programs, as well as contract negotiations for a self-funded healthcare captive plan.

Prior to joining Tatum, Jeanne held HR leadership roles in healthcare, government, utilities, and private industry, managing teams as large as 520 employees. She holds multiple professional certifications through the University of California, Davis, in Human Services Supervision, Civil Rights, and Employment Law, as well as OSHA, FEMA, and safety compliance training. Known for her strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaborative approach, Jeanne is dedicated to building compliant, people-focused workplaces that support both employees and organizational growth.
